If you would like to simply send us your surplus inventory for evaluation, please provide us with a brief description so we can make ensure the items are worth the cost of shipping. Once we review your information and approve the shipment, we will have one of our carriers come to your facility for loading. We will pay for shipping and deduct that from the quoted price.

Warranty Return Policy:

Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. parts are warranted for 30 days. All warranties are issued by Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. and not the manufacturer and will be honored by Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. If the unit is found defective within 30 days of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or refund if a replacement is not available. (If you need to make a warranty return claim Login to your account and select My Merchandise Returns from the menu to receive an RMA number prior to any return).  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  All Surplus products sold by Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. are warranted to our customer only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 30 days from the date of sale. Our obligation shall be limited to the replacement or refund, at our choice, of any such defective product (or part thereof as we determine) free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the product cannot be replaced, we shall credit your account in an amount equal to the sum you paid us for it. Any warranty claim must be received before the end of the 30 day warranty period, together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include our return authorization number (RMA#). (If you need to make a warranty return claim Login to your account and select My Merchandise Returns from the menu to receive an RMA number prior to any return). THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME. Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. is not a distributor sanctioned by the original manufacturer and we are not a party to any manufacturer’s warranty that may or may not apply.

 

Non-Warranty Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with a product from Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. you may return the product within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. A 10% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 30 days after the invoice date. (If you need to make a non-warranty return claim Login to your account and select My Merchandise Returns from the menu to receive an RMA number prior to any return). Our used surplus inventory may be an older series, style, weathered, or discolored. We do not accept returns of discounted surplus based on the date manufactured or the cosmetic condition of product or packaging. All Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. Used Items are repackaged in Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. custom shipping containers. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a Industrial Parts R Us, Inc. return authorization number (RMA#).
