25 Hp Cyclone Dust Collection System with approximately 8000 CFM Flow, Equipped with a Recently Replaced Baldor 25Hp, 3520 RPM Blower Motor Model M4107T, a 2Hp Rotary Air Lock to Dump the Hopper without having to turn off the system, a 1 Cubic Yard Dump Hopper Mounted on Heavy Duty Caster Wheels for Easy Unloading, and a Vibration Sensor to detect if deposits on the blower wheel are causing an imbalance.This system can be used with wet or dry systems. It was previously used on a water jet cutting system to collect debris and water mist from the waterjet cutting process. There is minimal rust on the system, and it is in good running condition. Start and Stop controls will need to be installed to run this system independantly. It was previously controlled by the production line it was attached to. All the safety switches, and motor controls are included and in good condition. If desired we can add Start and Stop controls to the existing Control Cabinet for an additional $500.00 prior to shipping.
