The IDEM 141010B GLHR is a robust die-cast Heavy Duty Safety Rope Pull Switch designed to protect long conveyor lengths where protection is required up to 125m (using 2 switches) or up to 100m where just one switch is required. This model features 4NC 2NO contacts, operates at 110/120V, has 1/2NPT conduit entries, and includes both E-Stop functionality and LED indication.
The die-cast housing has been manufactured to provide robustness that can survive indoor and outdoor use. A high visibility bi-colour LED ensures that switch status can be easily viewed from a distance. The switch has 4NC 2NO contacts that ensure flexibility with all modern control applications and are available with optional Explosion Proof contact blocks.
Key specifications include die-cast metal body painted yellow, IP67 ingress protection rating, and cable length up to 100m for single switch applications. Can be used with GLHD dual head versions as the first and last switches at the end of long conveyor runs.
