2009 Mixaco Bulk Material Dust Free Loading Station with Pneumatic Discharge Station. Easily load and unload your bulk material hoppers and mixing hoppers clean and quickly. The Loading Station has a 38" diameter lid with a pneumatic tensioning device to make a seal to the container. The Lower Discharge Station is equipped with a pnuematic lever actuator to open and close the discharge valve on your portable cone bottom hopper, a pneumatic beater is included to help dislodge poorly flowing or bridged products to fully empty the container, and a Vegavib 61 Vibrating Level Switch to monitor product flow at the discharge pipe. This equipment is perfect for plastic pellet processing, mixing and dosing applications, buik material processing, and for processing powered products.
