ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICIES
Domestic Shipping:
- All UPS, USPS, & FedEx orders weighing less than 150 Lbs. placed before 2:00 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day Monday - Friday.
- Next Day Air Shipping Services are available Monday - Friday. Please use one of the following methods to contact us for Next Day Air Shipments that are placed after 2:00 P.M. EST.
- Leave a note on your order form during checkout stating that the shipment is needed for the same day.
- Contact us at 800-380-4913 to verify our ability to make the Same Day Shipment

- If you wish to use your own UPS or FedEx Shipping Account please select the option "Use you UPS or FedEx Account Number" and enter your account information and billing zip code at the prompt.
- A confirmation email stating your order has been shipped with tracking information will be sent shortly after payment for your order is received.
International Shipping:
- International Shipping is available for both Freight Shipping and Standard UPS, & FedEx Shipments.
- International Shipments via UPS or FedEx will be shipped same day for orders placed before 2:00 P.M. EST.
- Please include Postal Codes, VAT Numbers, Tax ID Numbers, email & Up To Date Contact Information.
Freight Shipping:
- All items weighing over 150 Lbs. will require freight shipping.
- We prepare and load all freight items at No Additional Charge.
- We will provide a Freight Shipping Quote , with Insurance, based on the Shipping Location, the Size, and Weight of the item. We will make all arrangements to get your item to you quickly and safely. If you prefer not to insure your item, we will require a waiver form to be signed by the customer stating they waive the Shipping Insurance and will not hold Industrial Parts R Us Inc. responsible for any damages incurred during shipping.
- Customers are allowed to used their own Preferred Freight Carrier, or they are welcome to pick up their purchases directly from our warehouse Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. EST. Our Warehouse is located at 1065 Bloomfield Rd Suite D Bardstown KY 40004.
- Pictures of the purchased equipment will be provided to the customer prior to shipping for insurance purposes.
- If you prefer to have your item crated for extra protection or International Shipping, we can provide a reasonable crating charge for the materials required to safely ship your item.
