The Schmalz FXC-SVKW-435.5-18F is a vacuum area gripping system with integrated pneumatic vacuum generator and ball check valves. This system features dimensions of 435.5 mm length by 122 mm width with an 18 mm grid pattern. It includes foam material (O type, height 30 mm) and is equipped with a multi-stage ejector SEM 100.The FXC vacuum area gripping system impresses with its high level of accuracy and is designed for handling workpieces regardless of size, geometry, material and surface. Suitable for handling workpieces made from various materials including wood (coated or unplaned), packaging (boxes, bags or cans), metal sheets, glass, plastics, and CFRP.
The SVKW-type valves facilitate handling of porous and rough workpieces as well as fast blow-off and quick cycle times for increased production speeds. The integrated plug-in ejector allows for a compact design, while the plug-in suction grippers reduce energy consumption and minimize maintenance effort with simple installation and removal.
