The Aimco TW-0 is a lightweight spring tool balancer designed to support and suspend assembly tools weighing between 0 and 1.5 kg (0–3.3 lbs), providing gravity-defying "true balance" that eliminates tension build-up and reduces worker fatigue. It features easy external direct drive tensioning, a 360-degree upper swivel, and a 3.3 ft. (1 m) aircraft-grade stranded steel cable of 1/8" diameter. The TW-0 is suited for light assembly line applications where ergonomic tool support and operator comfort are critical.
