The Allen-Bradley 42SMR-7101-QD is a Series 7000 miniature rectangular Photoswitch transmitted beam (through-beam) receiver designed for use with a compatible 42CF infrared light source emitter. It operates on 11–28V DC and provides a complementary N.O./N.C. PNP (Source) output via a 4-pin DC Micro QD (M12) quick-disconnect connector. This product has been officially discontinued by Rockwell Automation as of September 30, 2012, and is available only as surplus stock.
