Product Description
The AP Tech AP4550S 2PW FV4 is an Ultra High Purity (UHP) pneumatically-actuated diaphragm valve from Advanced Pressure Technology's AP4550 series. It features a 316L stainless steel secondary remelt body with 2-port welded construction and 1/4-inch face seal female (FV4) connections on both inlet and outlet. Designed for use in semiconductor gas delivery systems, wafer fabrication, and other cleanroom environments requiring contamination-free gas control, this normally closed, 2-way 2-position valve operates up to 300 PSIG and delivers a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.5.
