Product Description
The Hetronik HC500-TU2-8-TC-PID is a second-generation (TU2) temperature measurement and control unit for the HC500 HeatControl modular heater controller system. It provides 8-channel thermocouple (TC) inputs with integrated PID/PD autotuning temperature control, enabling closed-loop regulation of resistive heating elements including infrared heaters, cartridge heaters, and lamps. As a plug-in module for the HC500 system, it communicates with the system CPU unit and is designed for demanding industrial heating applications such as plastics thermoforming, packaging, and automotive manufacturing.
