Product Description
The Printronix PV100 is an Online Data Validator (ODV) assembly designed for use with Printronix SL5000 and T5000 series RFID Smart Label and thermal barcode label printers. It is an external laser-based barcode scanning and verification device that attaches near the paper path and continuously inspects printed barcodes in real time, grading each barcode against ISO/ANSI standards and reporting results to the host printer. The validator automatically tracks barcode quality, grades symbology, and can trigger corrective actions such as label voiding or reprinting when a barcode fails to meet quality thresholds.
