Product Description
The SMC LVQ50-Z19N-9 is a 2-port, 2-way, 2-position, air-operated, normally closed (N.C.) high purity chemical valve from the LVQ-Z (Viper) series, featuring a non-metallic exterior construction with a high-density PVDF body and PTFE diaphragm. It uses the LQ3 Flare Integral Fitting (Hyper Fitting) for 3/4" (19mm) tube O.D. connections with triple sealing, and includes a 1/8 NPT pilot port. The LVQ guide ring eliminates lateral poppet motion to reduce internal leakage, and the piston damper minimizes impact-induced particle generation — making this valve ideal for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and high-purity chemical processing applications.
