Product Description
The Sprecher+Schuh CA 3-9C is a 3-pole, non-reversing IEC magnetic contactor from the CA3 series, designed for the control and protection of three-phase electric motors. The "C" suffix in the catalog number designates the True DC Coil configuration, which features an enlarged body to accommodate the DC coil assembly. The CA3 series is rated at 9 amps (AC-3) with motor horsepower ratings of 2 HP at 230V and 5 HP at 460V (3-phase), and is UL Listed, CSA Approved, and CE Marked to IEC standards. The CA3 series has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is succeeded by the CA7 series.
