The Star IL401 is an industrial relay and I/O control circuit board designed for machine control and automation applications. The assembly features multiple plug-in Omron electromechanical relays, three removable interface/output daughterboards, screw-terminal field connections, and an onboard power supply section.
The main circuit board is marked STAR IL401 and 023100-100-MR12F and is labeled "Assembled in Japan." Multiple terminal designations and serial-number markings are visible on the assembly.
