Product Description
The Tech-Motive Tool 49-4100-01C5L is the Tool Control Module (TCM) for the 46 Series intelligent nutrunner fastening system. It functions as a combined servo amplifier and Device Control Module (DCM), providing closed-loop motor control and torque management for the 46 Series electric nutrunner. This unit accepts 230VAC single-phase input at 8 Amps (1,840W) and operates at 50/60 Hz; it was later superseded by part number 49-4100-03C5, which upgraded the current rating from 8A to 10A. Built on the CS4000 platform with 100% digital control technology, it features an 80186EA processor, integrated GFCI protection, RS-232 diagnostics port, and torque & angle data acquisition capability.
