Product Description
The Turck BI 3-M12-AD4X is an embeddable inductive proximity sensor featuring an M12 × 1 partially threaded barrel housing in chrome-plated brass with a PA12-GF30 glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide sensing face. It operates as a 2-wire DC device over a wide supply voltage range of 10–65 VDC, providing a normally open (NO) digital output with a 3mm rated switching distance. The sensor includes polarity protection, overload protection, short-circuit protection, and a yellow LED switching state indicator, making it suitable for a broad range of factory automation and machine control applications.
