The Welker UB4N025A010DER1D000 is a UB4 Series Gold Line Unibody Shot Pin pneumatic cylinder featuring a 40mm square anti-rotate ram with a 25mm stroke and RAP (Rapid Action Pull) coupler. It integrates a double-acting single-rod pneumatic cylinder with NPT ports, a 4-hole large ram style, an ER-type world switch (retract position), a steel shroud for weld spatter protection, and P4 port position. This unit is designed for use as a retractable locating pin, part stop, probe slide, wedge lock, or straight acting clamp in precision automation and welding fixture applications, and is fully NAAMS compatible with no lubrication required.
