Product Description
The Allen-Bradley 872C-D2NPS-D4 is a Bulletin 872C WorldProx™ tubular general-purpose inductive proximity sensor designed for non-contact detection of metallic objects in industrial automation applications. It features an 8mm nickel-plated brass cylindrical barrel with a 2mm nominal sensing distance, shielded (flush mount) construction, and a PNP normally open (sourcing) 3-wire DC output. The sensor connects via a 4-pin DC Micro Quick-Disconnect (QD) connector and operates on 10–30V DC, making it compatible with a wide range of industrial control systems. Compatible mounting types include threaded panel mount and flush mount installations.
