Product Description
The Gates MegaCrimp 8-8FJISX (also cataloged as 8G-8FJISX / G25930-0808) is a straight crimp-on hydraulic hose end coupling featuring a Female Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) swivel connection. It is designed for use with 1/2" (Dash-8) braided hydraulic hose and mates to a 1/2-14 JIS female swivel port. The fitting is constructed from low carbon steel with a clear zinc dichromate finish and incorporates Gates' patented "C" insert technology for concentric, leak-proof crimping across a range of hose ODs on both one-wire and two-wire braid hoses.
