Product Description
The Interroll RollerDrive EC5000 is a 24 VDC brushless motorized drive roller (MDR) designed for integration into zero-pressure accumulation (ZPA) conveyor systems. This unit features 35 watts of power, an 18:1 gear ratio, and an analogue interface (AI), making it suitable for unit-load conveying applications such as boxes, containers, and totes. Motors, motor electronics, and gears are all internally housed within the roller tube, with a 5-pin snap-in motor cable connector and an electronic holding brake (Zero-Motion-Hold) for use on inclined or gravity conveyors.
