2020 Fanuc ArcMate 120iD Robotic Aluminum Welding Cell — 877 Running Hours
This is a complete, turnkey robotic aluminum welding cell built around a 2020 Fanuc ArcMate 120iD with the R-30iB Plus controller. The system has only 877.5 actual program-execution running hours. This system saw very limited volume before being decommissioned, leaving you with a turnkey aluminum welding cell at a fraction of new-build pricing and lead time.
The cell has been received at our Bardstown, KY facility, powered up, and jogged on our floor. All major components are present, accounted for, and operational.
Honest Hours Disclosure
Pulled directly from the controller SYS TIMER (photo included in listing):
- Running time (program execution / motion / welding): 877.5 hours — this is the wear-relevant figure
- Servo on time: 12,687.7 hours (servos energized / armed-ready state)
- Power-on time: 18,572.4 hours (controller power on the bus)
- Mechanical unit time: 1,053.5 hours
Duty cycle works out to roughly 7%, consistent with lots of setup-and-wait time and very little actual weld production. For reference, a Fanuc arc welding robot is rated for tens of thousands of motion hours before major service, making this functionally a low-wear unit.

We maintain a solid stock of welded-wire robotic safety fencing with leg bases and light curtain assemblies at our Bardstown, KY facility. If you need to enclose this cell to ANSI/RIA R15.06 standards, we can quote a complete perimeter guarding package shipped with the system. Save the lead time and the freight on a second shipment.
