Product Description
The AutomationDirect Protos X PX-249 is a sixteen-point, 24VDC sinking discrete output terminal module designed for use within the Protos X distributed field I/O system. It provides 16 individually short-circuit and overload-protected digital outputs rated at 0.5A per channel, each with LED status indication. Compatible with Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, and EtherNet/IP communication standards, it integrates seamlessly into modern industrial networks. The module snaps onto a standard 35mm DIN rail with no orientation restrictions and passes terminal bus power for daisy-chaining within the Protos X assembly.
